Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express;
• PayPal;
• Apple Pay and Google Pay;
• Shop Pay;
• Afterpay (buy now, pay later).

The payment options available to you may vary depending on your device, browser and location.

Pay later with Afterpay

Choose Afterpay at checkout to split your purchase into four interest-free instalments, subject to Afterpay's approval and terms. Your order is confirmed and processed as normal once your first payment is approved. Afterpay is a third-party service — any late fees or repayment arrangements are governed by your agreement with Afterpay, not with Serenacoast.

Currency & GST

All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. The total shown at checkout — including any shipping (we offer free standard shipping Australia-wide) — is the final amount you'll pay. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

Secure checkout

Your payment is processed through Shopify Payments and our other providers over a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant connection. All transactions are encrypted, and your full card details are never seen or stored by Serenacoast. You can read how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy.

When you're charged

Payment is authorised and taken in full at the time you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is successful. If we're unable to fulfil all or part of your order for any reason, we'll refund the affected amount in full to your original payment method.

Discounts & gift cards

Discount codes and gift cards can be applied in the designated field at checkout before payment. Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated, and codes cannot be applied retrospectively once an order is placed.

Order verification

To protect you and us against fraud, we may occasionally need to verify your details before dispatching an order. If we need anything from you, we'll be in touch by email at the address on your order — so please keep an eye on your inbox to avoid any delay.

Pricing accuracy

We take care to price every item correctly, but in the rare event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund the affected order rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price. We'll always let you know if this happens.
